I went during the Viva Italia week and enjoyed all of the entertainment offered. The performances were amazing! Also, I really enjoyed the beach parties that the resort held. “We have been to Cuba 4 times and this was the 1st time to Varadero and we were pleased at the quality of food. We happen to be there during the Viva Italia week 1 and there were chefs there from Toronto. They were working at all three Breezes resorts in the area and the dishes we had were fantastic.” ~ Marshy55
“April is the best month to be at Breezes Varadero. Why? Because beside the great gardens, great staff and traditional entertainment, there was this year as last year something special and extra every day. The events were called Viva Italia and included a fantastic beach party late at night with pasta cooked over an open fire. Then there were shows with Italian-Canadian musicians and singers and special risotto cooked by imported chefs.Definitely going back next year. “ ~ SiViaggiare2011
“It was a return trip for me to Breezes Bella Costa and Cuba having been there in April of 2011.The Breezes Bella Costa Resort was great and after a couple of excursion days it seemed like home returning there. Food was awesome with a wide variety for everyone's taste buds! No one ever left a meal feeling hungry...omelets made to order each morning and pasta made to order each evening by such pleasant staff!! I loved they added a coffee bar with sweet rolls by the pool bar each afternoon...that was a much needed snack before suppertime!” ~ RileyBoy224
“Just got back from Breezes Varadero .They brought down cooks from Posticino in Toronto to cook for the crowd. The food was amazing. They also brought down great Entertainment. Christopher Dallo performed with his beautiful Pop Opera style music, those shows were amazing.Juno award winner Rob Michaels also wowed the crowds with his performance. And Brian Roman as usual delighted the crowd with his great crooning. All in all, the week was great. We would definitely go back again. “ ~ A.D.

"The Varadero beach is very nice. It's long and has plenty of space. The water is beautiful and warm. The weather there is amazing. It was HOT but not humid compared to weather in Mexico. Overall it is better because of the lower humidity." ~ benw78
